FinCalc – Finance Calculator (“FinCalc”, “the app”) is published by My Apps. This policy explains how the Android application handles information.
Calculator and locally stored information
Calculator values and results are processed locally on the user’s device. Calculator history and favourite selections are stored in private application storage on that device. FinCalc does not send calculator inputs, calculation results, account numbers or other user-entered financial values to Firebase or to My Apps.
Users should not enter sensitive identifiers such as account numbers, card numbers, passwords or government identifiers. FinCalc does not require them.
Analytics and crash diagnostics
FinCalc uses Google Firebase Analytics to understand general app and feature usage. Events may include the screen viewed, calculator type used, category, favourite status, sharing action and schedule-export action. These events do not include calculator inputs or financial results. Firebase may process app-instance or device identifiers and technical information associated with these events.
FinCalc uses Google Firebase Crashlytics to receive crash reports and non-fatal error diagnostics. Reports may include stack traces, app state, app version, device model, operating-system information and identifiers used by Firebase for diagnostics. FinCalc attaches only technical context such as the last screen or calculator identifier, not calculator inputs or results.
Google processes this information as a service provider under its Firebase terms and privacy documentation. Firebase transmissions are encrypted in transit. Information is retained according to Firebase’s applicable retention settings and policies.

Sharing
When a user chooses to share a result or export an amortization schedule, Android’s system share interface is opened. The user chooses the receiving application and is responsible for information shared through it. The receiving application’s privacy practices are governed by its provider.
Local data retention and deletion
Calculator history remains on the device until the user clears it from the History screen, clears the app’s storage in Android settings, or uninstalls the app. Favourites can be removed individually. Uninstalling removes locally stored app data according to Android’s standard behaviour.
Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics information is controlled and deleted according to the Firebase console controls and Google’s applicable retention process. Privacy or deletion requests may be sent to the contact below.
Children’s privacy
FinCalc is a general financial utility and is not directed to children. My Apps does not knowingly request personal information from children through the app.
Security
Local information stays within the app’s private device storage. Telemetry is transmitted using Firebase’s secure transport. No system is guaranteed to be completely secure.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when app functionality, service providers or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the latest revision.
